A Figure is a type of item that changes body parts on your character. Patient Zero is a figure that makes your arms look like a zombie. As of now, only Patient Zero exists, which was released as a reward during the 2017 Brick Hill Halloween game where you'd have to be selected as the first zombie.

Glitch

1. If you were to make a new account when Patient Zero was released, you would automatically be awarded the figure. if you didn't change your avatar, it would convert into a blank figure
2. If you were to hold an tool with Patient Zero, your right arm will go up, as seen here. When Patient Zero returned, the bug was already fixed by then.
3. This item is currently broken. Equipping the figure doesn't affect your avatar.
